Senior Manager Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager is a key role in the Shared Services Centre, responsible for leading and managing the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. This position ensures timely, accurate, and compliant processing of transactions in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & StrategyDevelop and implement process KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and service delivery.Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and accuracy.Accounts Payable (AP)Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.Ensure timely vendor reconciliations and resolution of disputes.Monitor AP aging and manage payment cycles to optimize working capital.Accounts Receivable (AR)Supervise collections and cash application processes.Resolve customer disputes and ensure accurate account reconciliations.Support credit risk management in coordination with sales and credit control teams.Compliance & ReportingEnsure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.Support statutory and internal audits with required documentation and analysis.Prepare and present periodic reports on AP/AR performance, aging, and risk areas.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong leadership and strategic planning skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.OthersMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to travel occasionally.
