Job Title: Business PartnerGalleon Consultants, a global management consulting firm, seeks a strategic and hands-on leader for this role.Key responsibilities include:Driving business strategy and workforce planning initiativesLeading and mentoring the HR teamManaging end-to-end hiring across functionsRunning key performance indicators (KRAs) and learning and development (L&D) initiativesStrengthening company culture, onboarding, and employee engagementManaging payroll, human resources management systems (HRMS), compliance, and documentationBuilding and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SOWs)This full-time hybrid role involves collaborating with leadership to align business objectives with HR initiatives. The professional will ensure compliance with labor laws and oversee performance management programs.
