Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition LeaderYou will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, engage, and hire top talent for various business functions. This involves working closely with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective solutions to meet those needs.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan to ensure the timely and efficient filling of critical positions across the organization.Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and design targeted hiring strategies.Build and maintain strong sourcing channels, including job boards, referrals, social media, and professional networks.Lead and guide a team of recruiters, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.Establish hiring standards, competency frameworks, and structured interview processes to ensure consistency and fairness in the selection process.Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize the recruitment process.Develop and execute employer branding campaigns to enhance the company's reputation as an attractive and competitive employer.Design and implement engaging candidate experiences, including clear communication and feedback loops throughout the hiring process.Requirements:8–12 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.Proven track record of success in hiring for complex and specialized roles within fast-paced organizations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to partner with senior-level stakeholders.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform recruitment strategies.Experience with modern hiring tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR technologies.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
