Talent Acquisition Lead JobLoglineAI is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and running recruitment processes across engineering, research, product, and GTM.About the RoleThe Talent Acquisition Lead will work closely with founders and hiring managers to define role scopes, success profiles, and interview plans. Key responsibilities include:Managing full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, offers, and onboarding.Building and maintaining talent pipelines across various departments.Implementing and managing recruitment tools and analytics.Leading employer branding activities, including careers page development and social media presence.Establishing basic HR processes for new hires in collaboration with finance and legal teams.RequirementsWe are looking for a seasoned talent acquisition professional with 7-12+ years of experience in fast-growing tech or SaaS companies. Ideal candidates have:Experience operating as a primary or sole recruiter/TA lead for a business unit or startup.An organized, data-driven approach to recruitment and process improvement.Ideal CandidateCandidates from high-growth tech or SaaS (Series A-C), media/production houses, or creative agencies with strong in-house TA functions or similar industry background are ideal.
