South Asia Regional Leader PositionAs a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of the grain processing business, particularly in biofuel ethanol, in the South Asia region.The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry, with at least 5 years of working experience. They should also have senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes and be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy based on an in-depth understanding of the industry trend, competitor, market needs, resources, and support requirement.Lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers as well as cross-functional teams across the region.The selected candidate will foster a high-performance work culture that is inclusive and collaborative, ensuring succession planning, capability building, and leadership development.Key Responsibilities:Drive the growth of the grain processing business in South Asia, aligned with organizational mission and targets.Identify and capitalize on regional opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation.Develop a tailored go-to-market strategy that takes into account industry trends, competitors, market needs, resources, and support requirements.Lead and mentor sales and technical service managers and cross-functional teams, promoting a high-performance work culture and ensuring succession planning, capability building, and leadership development.
