is part of a pioneering travel-tech company also known for its two other brands ZenHotels and Roundtrip spanning over 220 markets worldwide Our mission is to create distribute and operate the most convenient travel products We constantly innovate and break the rules of the highly complex travel industry to make travel more widely available for individuals more rewarding for professionals and simpler for everyone As a Head of Business Development for South Asia you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing relationships with our clients lead South Asian region and consolidating our presence on the local market This is a remote vacancy open to candidates residing in South Asia What You ll Do Lead the South Asia Business Development team across India Pakistan Bangladesh and Sri Lanka Achieve financial and growth targets Oversee daily operations ensure strong process discipline and monitor team performance through clear KPIs and consistent follow-up Drive the acquisition of new business partners and the growth of existing accounts through strategic relationship management and negotiations Collaborate closely with key regional partners to strengthen long-term commercial relationships and unlock new revenue opportunities Hire coach and develop a high-performing process-oriented team that executes with clarity and accountability Establish efficient workflows reporting structures and scalable sales processes to ensure consistent execution across markets Work cross-functionally with Marketing Operations Product and Finance teams to align on goals pricing and go-to-market strategies Conduct market analysis forecasting and competitive benchmarking to support data-driven decision-making Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings promoting our brand and strategic vision in the region Provide regular business reviews and actionable insights to senior management Requirements 7 years of experience in the travel or hospitality industry ideally in B2B distribution OTA or travel tech Proven track record in leading commercial or business development teams minimum 3 years in a leadership role Experience managing Team Leads An understanding of tourism and the main online booking systems Excellent communication skills Strong organizational and management skills An ability to quickly grasp the features of new markets Fluent English C1 Benefits We offer you Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do appreciate each other and grow together Internal programs for adaptation and training development of soft skills and leadership abilities Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences Corporate English school Group and individual lessons speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world Corporate prices on hotels and travel services MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation Learn more about our data protection practices in our Privacy Policy
