About JobJob DescriptionPosition: Policy Advisor (Scalene)Roles and Responsibilities:● Providing complete information about the product to customers.● Giving the right pitch to potential customers to encourage product purchases.● Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily● Documenting all interactions with customers● Providing the best possible solutions to customer queriesJob Requirements:● Proficiency in English and Hindi + any regional language would be a plus, as well asverbal communication.● Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.● Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and processes.● Detail-oriented and thorough in ensuring minimal errors while sending communication tocustomers.● Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients.● Active listening, empathy, and patience with respect to customer interactions.● Ability to convert leads to sales without being pushy/intrusive.● Ability to articulate in different ways.● Comfortable working 6 days with 1 rotational week off.● Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, with females working from9 AM to 8 PM and males from 9 AM to 9 PM, totaling 9 hours of work per day.● Candidates should be willing to work from the office (Location: Silk Board).● Must be open for off-roll (Third Party payroll).
