About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping us understand market trends, monitor competitor strategies, analyze product data, and gather user insights. This position is crucial for driving product improvements and increasing user engagement through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential threats.
- Analyze competitor products and strategies to benchmark performance and highlight areas for differentiation.
- Manage and analyze datasets on product performance, usage, and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, tech teams to enhance product offerings.
- Interact with users to gather feedback through surveys, interviews, and other communication channels.
- Collate and analyze user feedback to provide actionable insights for the product development team.
- Propose and develop strategies to increase user engagement, retention, and overall product satisfaction.
- Generate detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommended actions.
- Work cross-functionally to implement product improvements based on analysis and feedback.
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of changes made to the product and engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a product analysis or similar role, preferably in a tech or consumer-focused industry.
- Experience with A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Experience with user behavior analysis tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude or Hotjar.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics) and experience with visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret large datasets and present actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage users and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
