Senior Product Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our team at Isha Foundation. As a key member of our digital product team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Pod Strategy and Metrics: Define critical metrics, monitor performance trends, and influence interventions based on performance.
- Business and Product Collaboration: Work closely with business and product functions to understand business problems and translate them into analytical problem statements.
- Insight Generation: Own the entire insight generation phase, conducting deep analysis to provide unbiased answers to identified problem statements.
- Business Ownership: Contribute individual thoughts on how to improve critical metrics for the pod, thinking of yourself as a business owner and using data to prove or disprove ideas.
- Analytics and Visualization: Act as the analytics and visualization SME for the team, ensuring dashboards are designed and built to make data easily consumable.
- Mentorship and Onboarding: Mentor other analysts in the team, play an active role in the hiring process, and onboard new team members.
- Minimum 2 years of analytics experience as a Business Analyst (mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Business acumen and curiosity to understand how products work.
- Ability to write complex queries on SQL to manipulate and consolidate data sources.
- Intuition for data and ability to handle big data sources.
- Strong working knowledge in Excel and visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView.
- Understanding of data-analysis languages such as R, Python, and core statistical concepts.
- Experience in building ML models is a plus.
- Ability to clearly explain thoughts and ideas verbally or in writing.
