Senior Product Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our team at Isha Foundation. As a key member of our digital product team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our digital products and their performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement data visualizations and analytics tools to support business decision-making.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts to develop their skills and expertise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics and business intelligence.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling is a plus.
