About the Role

Are you a self-starter with a passion for problem-solving, strategy, and execution? As a Management Intern in Founder's Office , you’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team to assist in executing high-priority projects, strategizing business operations, and driving impactful outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to the growth and success of the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Projects: Collaborate with the founders to plan and execute key initiatives across various business verticals.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze business performance metrics and prepare reports or presentations to support strategic discussions.
  • Operations Support: Assist in streamlining processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Administrative Assistance: Handle day-to-day tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documentation.
  • Creative Input: Contribute ideas for branding, marketing, and growth strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or project management tools is a plus.
