Job Role Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (Direct IT Sales for Mobile Apps) to join our team at KITLabs in Mohali, Punjab. This full-time, on-site role involves driving new business development, generating leads, managing accounts, and overseeing overall business development activities, with a focus on achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct IT sales, particularly within the mobile app development sector, and will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at achieving company goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the mobile app development sector.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through consistent communication and excellent service.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close deals, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development processes and technologies.
  • New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
  • Sales and Business Development experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Knowledge of IT industry trends and mobile app market
