We're seeking a skilled CRM Manager to oversee and optimize our customer relationship management systems, ensuring seamless processes and enhanced client experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, maintain, and optimize the company's CRM system to improve efficiency and usabilityDevelop workflows, automations, and data management strategies within the CRMMonitor and analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights on customer behavior and engagementTrain team members on CRM best practices and ensure system adoption across departmentsCollaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to improve lead management and customer retentionEnsure data accuracy, compliance, and security within the CRM platformGenerate reports and dashboards for management decision-making**** Given the high number of applications we receive, we will only respond to those who meet the qualifications for the positions applied for.Please note that we will not reply to job application inquiries sent to our social media accounts.
