Responsibilities:Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including:Serve as a subject matter expert to the ServiceNow platform team responsible foranalysis, design, development and implementation of modules and application onServiceNow platformDesigning and implement software that is simple, intuitive and easy to use that willallow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specificbusiness needsApplication Configuration leveraging SN platform UI/UX capabilities, business rules,flow designer, UI builder, UI pages, DB Views and othersDeveloping across the full stack of Web technologies - Java, JavaScript, Angular.js,HTML and CSSDevelopment of required client specific reporting.Help transform business and technical requirements into implementation plans;Document requirements, develop technical specifications, maintain architecture /integration documentationInterface with ServiceNow technical teams, such as Cloud Infrastructure, tosuccessfully set up the SaaS platform.Formulate testing approach, develop test cases, and deploy code into Productionin defined releasesBe a key member of the overall implementation project team.Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related.Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and serviceofferings based on client experiences.Experience/Skillsets:Has 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platformCertified in ServiceNow Platform AdministrationCertified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in IRMProven experience as a key technical resource leading the development ofsolutionsin client environments for ServiceNow.Hands on experience on Tokyo, San Diego versions of ServiceNowExperience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) andof working in a SaaS environment.Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, consand risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery.# ServiceNow Role: Solution EngineerAnalyzing, designing and developing applications leveraging ServiceNow IRM, SecOpsand platform capabilities.Developing various ServiceNow technical components leveraging the capabilities ofthe platformDeveloping requirements leveraging web technologies is preferred - Java,JavaScript, Angular.js, HTML and CSSDocument requirements, develop technical specifications and low level designdocumentationIn order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:Has 2-4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platformCertified in ServiceNow Platform AdministrationCertified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in IRMExperience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell,Windows Shell) - preferredHands on experience on Tokyo, San Diego version of ServiceNowExperience with database design schemas and data modellingStrong web application development with Java based server environments such asApache TomcatScripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAMLSetup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other ApplicationsCustomizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, JellyStrong requirements gathering experience.
