Program AdvisorWe are seeking a seasoned Program Advisor to join our team. As a Program Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in contacting warm leads for programs via phone and email to consult potential students on how our programs can help them achieve their career goals.Job Description:As a Program Advisor, you will be responsible for:Providing personalized guidance to career changers on how our world-class education from top-tier universities can help launch them into high-growth careers.Building and managing a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs.Delivering in-depth and customized information to interested students via phone and email.Guiding learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.Required Skills and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you must possess:At least 2 years of inside sales/consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in international Edtech markets.Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.A strong phone presence.The ability to make 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads.Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).A growth mindset and the ability to implement feedback.The ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrollment process that require follow-up.Benefits:We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth and development.Others:
