AI-Driven Skill Assessment and Career Development SpecialistWe're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an AI-Driven Skill Assessment and Career Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that empower individuals and organizations to bridge the skills gap and achieve their full potential.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and AI, with experience in designing and deploying intelligent solutions that drive business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and communicate results.You will be responsible for:Analyzing complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendationsDeveloping and deploying machine learning models for skill prediction, personalized learning recommendations, and intelligent matchmakingApplying clustering techniques to segment users based on skills, career goals, and learning preferencesCreating and utilizing embeddings to measure the similarity between skills, jobs, and learning resourcesApplying statistical techniques to analyze data, test hypotheses, and validate model performanceThe successful candidate will possess:3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar roleStrong programming skills in Python, including experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorchSolid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniquesExperience working with large datasets and distributed computing environmentsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiencesA Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related fieldWe offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
