Guidance Specialist RoleThe Guidance Specialist will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, understanding their learning needs, and providing suitable course recommendations.Key Responsibilities:Conduct telephonic and online guidance sessions with prospective students to address their educational background, career goals, and recommend appropriate courses.Track and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into enrollments by ensuring a smooth student experience.Maintain detailed records of student interactions in the CRM system.Provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and learning outcomes to meet customer expectations.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and consultative approaches.Coordinate with internal teams for efficient enrollment and onboarding processes.Meet weekly and monthly targets for guidance and conversion rates.Required Skills & Qualifications:Mandatory: Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English language skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students.Empathy and ability to understand and address student queries effectively.Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.Good understanding of the Ed-Tech domain is a plus.Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools are essential.Preferred Background:Experience in Ed-Tech, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Educational Counselling roles.Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales/counselling targets have an advantage.
