Drive process improvements and mentor a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Manage Custody, NAV, Cash & Position reconciliations ✔ Lead handling experience on papers is a must and handle client escalations. ✔ Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and ensure regulatory compliance ✔ Drive automation and process improvement initiatives ✔ Prepare MIS reports and support audits Required Skills: ✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics ✅ Strong understanding of financial instruments & fund accounting ✅ Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills ✅ Proficiency in MS Excel & reconciliation tools 2️⃣ Senior Analyst (Experience 2+ years) Role Overview: Execute custody reconciliation processes, investigate breaks, and ensure accuracy of client asset records. Collaborate with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations across asset classes ✔ Investigate and resolve breaks ✔ Prepare reconciliation reports and support audits ✔ Identify process gaps and recommend improvements Required Skills: ✅ Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics ✅ Strong understanding of financial instruments & settlement processes ✅ Proficiency in MS Excel & reconciliation tools ✅ Excellent analytical and communication skills Please carry your updated resume and Govt ID (Aadhar card/PAN Card) and meet us at the venue.
