Drive process improvements and mentor a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities: Manage Custody, NAV, Cash & Position reconciliations Lead handling experience on papers is a must and handle client escalations. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and ensure regulatory compliance Drive automation and process improvement initiatives Prepare MIS reports and support auditsRequired Skills: Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics Strong understanding of financial instruments & fund accounting Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills Proficiency in MS Excel & reconciliation tools Senior Analyst (Experience 2+ years)Role Overview:Execute custody reconciliation processes, investigate breaks, and ensure accuracy of client asset records.
