The role involves working closely with senior management, lenders, investors, and internal EPC/operations teams to ensure smooth financial execution of solar EPC projects and company-level growth initiatives.“Our company is preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) targeted for mid-2027. We are currently strengthening our financial systems, governance frameworks, and operational processes to ensure a successful listing.”Key Responsibilities1. Fundraising & Financial Strategy· Support in identifying and evaluating funding options—equity, debt, project finance, working capital lines, and vendor financing.· Prepare investment decks, teasers, IMs, and financial presentations for investors and banks.· Coordinate due diligence processes (technical, financial, legal).· Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, PE investors, and strategic partners.2. Financial Modelling & Analysis· Build and maintain detailed financial models for EPC business, long-term revenue planning, and project profitability.· Analyze company performance, cashflow gaps, CAPEX/OPEX, and working capital requirements.· Provide scenario analysis, valuation support, and return metrics (IRR, NPV, payback).· Prepare management dashboards, KPIs, MIS reports, and funding requirement forecasts.3.
