Drive process improvements and mentor a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:✔ Manage Custody, NAV, Cash & Position reconciliations✔ Lead handling experience on papers is a must and handle client escalations.✔ Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and ensure regulatory compliance✔ Drive automation and process improvement initiatives✔ Prepare MIS reports and support auditsRequired Skills:✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics✅ Strong understanding of financial instruments & fund accounting✅ Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills✅ Proficiency in MS Excel & reconciliation tools2️⃣ Senior Analyst (Experience 2+ years)Role Overview: Execute custody reconciliation processes, investigate breaks, and ensure accuracy of client asset records. Collaborate with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.Key Responsibilities:✔ Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations across asset classes✔ Investigate and resolve breaks✔ Prepare reconciliation reports and support audits✔ Identify process gaps and recommend improvementsRequired Skills:✅ Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics✅ Strong understanding of financial instruments & settlement processes✅ Proficiency in MS Excel & reconciliation tools✅ Excellent analytical and communication skills Please carry your updated resume and Govt ID (Aadhar card/PAN Card) and meet us at the venue.
