Job Title:Civil Engineering Recruitment SpecialistJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruitment specialist with a background in civil engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering roles, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to work independently.Main Responsibilities:Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for civil engineering positions.Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS system.Developing strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their hiring needs.Ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in civil engineering roles.Excellent knowledge of civil engineering job roles, skills, and terminologies.Strong sourcing skills using job boards and other channels.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a civil engineering recruitment specialist.
