Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Civil Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience in construction and site execution. The role involves hands-on work at project sites, supporting all phases of construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely execution of civil works.
  • Review and interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, and material tracking logs.
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Use AutoCAD and other tools for planning, drafting, and drawing revisions.
  • Support quantity estimation, material planning, and procurement coordination.
  • Participate in project review meetings, audits, and inspections.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Sound knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and practices.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and site documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project timelines and requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 1–3 years of relevant site or construction experience.
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in construction.
  • Basic understanding of project scheduling and billing processes is a plus.
