Job Description:
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience specifically in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in civil engineering along with project execution skills tailored to solar infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of geotechnical survey and foundation design for solar projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in site and structural challenges.
- Practical knowledge of design principles and engineering drawings.
- Project planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal and external teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely execution of all civil works.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor operations related to site civil work.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting.
- Ensure smooth communication with renewable energy stakeholders, including clients and consultants.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience specifically in civil engineering for solar power projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Familiarity with relevant design codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong communication, team coordination, and documentation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
