Experience in expat hiring will be an added bonus as we also handle south east asia and middle east mandates.Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles (both Tech and Non-Tech).Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.Support the recruitment team in daily hiring operations.Develop validated candidate databaseClose client mandates in given timelinesManage client relationship and develop new clients as feasibleRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in any field.2-4 years of experience in recruitment/TAStrong convincing and selling acumen.Strong communication and coordination skills.Good head hunting skills and knowledge of boolean searchWillingness to work fully from office in south Kolkata.Additional Information:Remuneration would be as per market standards.
