Technical Screening SpecialistStellar Consulting Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Technical Screening Specialist to join their team. This individual will be responsible for evaluating IT candidate profiles and conducting video screenings to assess technical depth, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate IT candidate profiles across multiple technology domains to match technical and project-specific requirements.Conduct video screenings of 8–9 candidates daily, focusing on technical expertise, communication, and overall problem-solving ability.Prepare evaluation reports highlighting each candidate's strengths, key technologies, and suitability for designated roles.Present findings clearly to project leaders, explaining why a candidate fits the role.Collaborate effectively with recruiters, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure only high-quality submissions reach clients.Requirements:B.Tech (Computer Science) or MCA degree.2–7 years of experience in IT recruitment, technical screening, or resource quality control.Strong understanding of software technologies, development lifecycles, and core IT roles.Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities.Objective evaluation mindset with the ability to present findings clearly.Preferred Skills:Experience in IT recruitment, technical screening, or resource quality control.We are committed to building great teams by attracting top-tier talent.
