You'll work alongside seasoned recruiters, gaining practical experience and insights into the recruitment industry.Upon successful completion of the program, you'll have the opportunity to be onboarded as a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager. In this position, you'll lead recruitment efforts and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier talent solutions.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the full recruitment cycle for Non Tech, tech and product roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.Support the maintenance of recruitment databases and generate reports.Participate in weekly training sessions and workshops focused on enhancing your recruitment skills.Enthusiasm for recruitment and a desire to build a career in talent acquisition.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.Students pursuing an MBA or a related field are encouraged to apply, but all educational backgrounds will be considered.Benefits:Gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry through a structured and intensive program.Work from the comfort of your home with flexible hours.Be part of a company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.Opportunity to transition into a full-time role with significant growth potential.
