About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned financial data expert to join our Data & Analytics team.This role will partner closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights, robust reporting, and data models that support decision-making and operational excellence.Partner with finance stakeholders to understand business questions, reporting needs, and analytical requirements.Design, build, and maintain SQL-based datasets, views, and queries to support recurring and ad hoc analysis.Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI, ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and user-friendly.The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, is highly proficient in SQL, and has hands-on expertise with Tableau or Power BI. You enjoy working with complex financial data, building scalable reporting, and translating business questions into clear, data-driven recommendations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain advanced data models, including statistical and machine learning techniques.Create interactive and dynamic dashboards that provide actionable insights.Analyze complex financial data, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should have:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on financial data.Excellent programming skills, particularly in Python, R, or SQL.Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Benefits:This role offers:A competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and development opportunities.The chance to work with a talented team of data experts.
