Caregiver Recruiter and SchedulerOur company is seeking a highly skilled Caregiver Recruiter & Scheduler to join our team. This individual will be responsible for finding exceptional caregiver talent, managing their onboarding, and scheduling them effectively to meet client needs.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that connects seniors with fully vetted, trained, and compassionate caregivers through a technology-enabled platform.This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assess candidates' caregiving experience, culture fit, and adaptability.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment: Conduct thorough screenings and video interviews with caregiver candidates, evaluate their suitability for the role, and manage the hiring workflow from sourcing to selection.Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process, ensure new hires complete required training, background checks, and compliance steps, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.Scheduling & Operations: Schedule caregivers to clients' homes based on client requirements, availability, skill needs, and location, confirm shifts and follow up with caregivers as needed, and collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily workflows.Must be available to work during U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours, Monday through Saturday, to support client needs and daily operations.
