Technical Support SpecialistWe are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications.Provide timely and accurate technical support to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, with minimal support from the development team.Assist QA leads with quality assurance activities, including testing and evaluation of new releases.Develop and propose workarounds to customers when fixes are not yet available.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand and resolve customer issues.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development team.Support the roll-out of new applications and provide training to internal stakeholders as needed.Contribute to the development of procedural documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.Manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Requirements:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Benefits:A competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our company.Professional development opportunities and training programs.
