Operations Specialist - Remote (WFH)To help us continue our growth, we- re seeking an experienced specialist for operations, to join our highly skilled team. Ultimately, a top-notch Operations Specialist should have excellent organizational, people management, and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:Managing day-to-day operations.Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.Identifying ways to improve customer experiences.Overseeing the operations team and assigning tasks.Maintaining policy and procedure documents.Train new hires as necessary and ensure policies and procedures are followedKeep up to date with the current market trends and industry forecastsCoordinates with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the boardInteracting with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues.Tracking and reporting on operational performance.Skills and Qualifications : Min 5 years relevant Operations experience. Experience in eCommerce, retail or learning industry preferredSuperior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including customer service, production, and employee managementshould be able to understand work flow of the system and businessProven experience in working in business operations or sales operationsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye to detailsGood social and presentation skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsHigh self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressureAble to work effectively with minimal supervisionShould be willing to get trained across other functions in the organizationProcess of screening at Infinite Healing :We screen candidates in three stages to select right one for us. Our evaluation process is all about evaluating the right resource from different perspectives. Here are the details of each evaluation stage -Stage : 1 - You will be evaluated for your aptitude and analysis skills via online test. You just need to confirm your availability via and the online test will be available to you.Stage : 2 - Based on the skill set, we will ask you to complete an assignment in defined time period.Stage : 3 - Interview with management via skypePolicies at infinite Healing :Being a consultancy services, we are not offering any paid leaves other than government declared holidays. If you take any leave, it will be a Leave Without Pay.Your probation period will be for 2 weeks. During probation period, you will be assessed for your strengths and based on output we will confirm you as part of team or will extend probation period.Once you have passed through all 3 stages of screening and have agreed upon policies, we will like you to sign a contract agreement with us. The agreement is not at all about any bond or liabilities but only to confirm that you have accepted our terms and policies.
