Responsibilities Handling customer inquiries and complaints Taking bookings and payments Describing products Finding relevant information Arranging to post out information or goods Passing inquiries on to a specialist Keeping accurate records Skills Effective communication Problem-solving and conflict resolution Time management and efficiency Feedback and continuous improvement Strong IT skills A keen eye for detail Administration skills and experience
Age limit 18 to 30
Language preferred Tamil only
