The role requires strong technical understanding, commercial acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development initiatives within the HVAC sectorPrepare and review BOQs, costing, and techno-commercial proposalsIdentify opportunities, develop client relationships, and close projectsCoordinate with design and execution teams to align technical and commercial deliverables Qualifications: Minimum 9+ years of experience in the HVAC industryMechanical Engineer: MBA preferredStrong proficiency in spoken and written EnglishExcellent leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills Compensation:Salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience and expertise. Note: This is a senior strategic position intended to strengthen the business development leadership within the organization.
