Biocon Biologics believes that strong partnerships offer enormous opportunities to co-create the future of healthcare, building a patient ecosystem beyond the product, which can transform millions of lives.https://www.Bioconbiologics.ComExperience: Has at least 10 +years of experience of working in Operational excellence/Business ExcellenceRoles and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities- Collaborate with the team and implement the Operational excellence principles on shop floor.- Implement Lean concepts on shop floor like 5S, Visual management, TPM…etc.- To train and coach others in the organization on Lean tools and skills.- Implement DMAIC approach for problem solving by making people capable of resolving the issues on their own.- Facilitation to OE project teams/ CI Project teams as needed (PDCA/DMAIC)- To measure the process periodically to identify trends in qualitative & quantitative data to draw business conclusions by reducing variations and waste from the process.- Evaluate the bottleneck operations to improve the efficiency of the process.- Identify and implement the measures to bring down the production cost.- Identify the KPIs from each function and set up a mechanism of structured review & escalation as per desired hierarchy levels.- Data Analysis- Data Visualization through Power BICriteria- Preferred (Not mandatory) - B.E. in Industrial engineering, Production engineering or Mechanical Engineering.- Should be Yellow Belt/Green Belt Certified- Has at least 10 +years of experience of working in Operational excellence/Business Excellence.
