Analyzing financial data and assisting withaudits, reviews, and tax preparations.Corresponding with vendors regarding billing and payments and streamlining the payment processConducting financial analysis to identify and resolve issues.Providing significant support on incorporating assignments (e.g., implementing a newsystem)Updating financial Spreadsheets with the latest transactions.Working capital management by considering receivables and payments.Keeping track on outgoing payments and monitoring company expenditures, maintainingrecords of petty cash, and verifying the expense reportsProcessing periodic/ ad-hoc report request.Other Responsibilities:Assisting with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports.Managing account records, documenting financial Processes, processing invoices, andhandling paymentsCollaborating with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies.Reviewing existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.Tracking and filing returns like TDS and GST.Paying vendors and service providers.Reconciling the statements and payment records
