Chief Financial Officer

Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy, aligning it with business objectives.Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic decision -making.Identify opportunities for growth, investment, and operational improvements.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Ensure the accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial health.Develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures.Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and legal advisors.Oversee capital allocation, investment decisions, and funding strategies.Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.Lead fundraising efforts, including equity and debt financing. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional certifications.Charted Accountant (CA) with 15+ Years Experience in the relevant Field.Experience in NBFC/Banking Industries will Be Preferred.Proven track record in managing complex financial operations.
