Academic Program ManagerThe ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the development of our academic program from inception, with full accountability and ownership.Key Responsibilities:Program Strategy & Planning: Develop a comprehensive plan for academic calendar, learning pathways, and program structure. Create pricing models, packaging strategies, and scalability plans for batches.Faculty & Academic Management: Identify, hire, and coordinate with subject matter experts (Physics, Chemistry, Biology). Maintain exceptional academic quality that sets us apart in the education ecosystem.Content & Product Development: Oversee the creation of study materials, DPPs, mock tests, PYQ modules, and crash courses. Coordinate with design, video, and technology teams to deliver a seamless learning experience.Operations & Execution: Manage day-to-day operations, class schedules, doubt resolution, and planning. Ensure smooth coordination between teachers, operations, technology, and student support teams.Marketing & Growth Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing team on launch campaigns and brand positioning. Analyze student behavior to improve conversion and retention rates.Requirements:Strong understanding of exam patterns, syllabi, and student needs.Ability to manage faculty, plan academics, and oversee content creation.Organized, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and leadership qualities.Passionate about education and student success.
