Job Title: NEET Category Director Job Description:As a seasoned professional, you will lead the development of our NEET category from inception to maturity. Your responsibility will encompass all aspects of this vertical, including content creation, teacher management, product strategy, and operations execution. You will oversee the planning and implementation of academic calendars, learning journeys, course structures, pricing strategies, and scaling initiatives for NEET batches. Category Leadership & Strategy: Spearhead the growth of the NEET vertical by leading cross-functional teams in content development, marketing, and sales. Design and implement strategies to expand market share and boost revenue through targeted campaigns and promotional activities. Develop and maintain an extensive network of partnerships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Teacher & Academic Management: Identify, onboard, and manage a pool of highly skilled and experienced NEET faculty members who can deliver high-quality educational content. Foster strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accurate and up-to-date curriculum development. Oversee the maintenance of academic standards that meet industry benchmarks and differentiate us from competitors. Content & Product Development: Collaborate with internal design, video production, and technology teams to create engaging learning experiences. Innovate formats to enhance efficiency and learner engagement—micro-revisions, short theory capsules, hybrid content, etc. Evaluate content effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize our offerings. Operations & Execution: Manage day-to-day operations, schedules, doubtsolving, and planning. Ensure seamless coordination between teachers, operations, tech, and student support teams. Track academic progress, gather feedback, and implement improvements. Marketing & Growth Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to craft compelling launch campaigns and position our brand effectively. Assist in developing YouTube integrations, ad promotions, and outreach strategies. Analyze student behavior to refine conversion rates and retention metrics.
