Job Title: Strategic Operations AssociateWe are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to support strategic planning and operational efficiency in a fast-growing fintech environment.The ideal candidate will contribute to shaping growth strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution across key business initiatives.Assist in formulating business strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and internal performance metrics.Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.Support expansion efforts into new markets and partnerships, including regulatory, market, and risk assessments.Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.Collaborate with product and tech teams to streamline onboarding, payments, and transaction flows.Conduct feasibility and impact analysis for new mobile money features, services, and innovations.Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.Support project management activities and ensure the timely execution of strategic initiatives.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.Strong foundational knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, etc.).1-2 years of experience working in the FinTech industry is highly desirable.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to synthesize complex data from financial systems and present findings in a clear and actionable format.This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as the chance to work with a talented team in a fast-paced fintech environment.
