Senior OKR AnalystThe organization seeks a skilled Senior OKR Analyst to drive its success by developing, implementing, and refining the Objectives and Key Results framework. This role will play a pivotal part in defining, communicating, and aligning strategic objectives across all levels of the organization.The ideal candidate will possess expertise in analyzing performance data, facilitating OKR setting and review sessions, and providing insights to optimize goal-setting processes and achieve outstanding results.This position is responsible for building and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that support strategic and operational decision-making. The KPIs must be defined, measured, visualized, and reviewed regularly to drive accountability and results.Responsibilities:Develops and refines company-wide OKRs to ensure strategic alignment and clarity of organizational objectivesImplements and manages the OKR digital platform, including end-to-end planning, rollout, training, and ongoing supportFacilitates regular OKR planning and reviews sessions, proactively engaging and challenging senior stakeholders to set ambitious and measurable objectivesProvides training and coaching to teams and individuals on OKR best practices, emphasizing best practices in OKR formulation, monitoring, and achievementMonitors OKR progress systematically, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic adjustmentsQualifications:Minimum of 7 years' experience in strategic planning, performance management, or a related field, with a proven track record in implementing OKR and KPI frameworksDemonstrated experience in KPI framework design, tracking, and reporting across functions or business unitsStrong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and convert insights into strategic actionsExperience leading or significantly contributing to transformation projects, demonstrating measurable impact on organizational performance
