Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative (Chat) located in Gurugram. The individual will be responsible for managing client inquiries through live chat and messaging platforms, ensuring fast, clear, and professional communication. Key responsibilities include responding to client questions about our video editing services, handling order-related queries, coordinating basic project details, resolving client issues, and maintaining smooth communication between clients and the internal team. The role requires a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to ensure a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Client Satisfaction • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to troubleshoot client issues and handle objections professionally • Good attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to work under pressure • Familiarity with chat support tools, CRM systems, and online platforms is a plus • Experience in creative agencies, media companies, or service-based businesses is preferred but not mandatory • Basic understanding of digital services or video editing workflows is a plus Salary • 20,000–27,000 INR per month (depending on experience)
