Someone who’s not just a writer but a thinker, a researcher, and a marketer with an instinct for human behaviour.Your Role:Build and manage content calendars across industries using neuromarketing frameworks.Write high-quality copy for social media, websites, campaigns, decks, brand stories, and personal branding.Break down complex insights (consumer psychology, bias-led communication, behaviour triggers) into simple, engaging content.Research competitors, trends, and behaviour patterns to create content that stands out.Work directly with the CEO & Strategy team to craft communication that drives recall, trust, and conversions.Collaborate with designers, video editors, and account managers to create multi-format content.Analyse performance and refine content based on insights.Build content systems that make the brand (and client brands) consistent and distinctive.You will be a great fit it you:Think like a marketer, write like a storyteller.Can simplify strategy into crisp and powerful communication.Are obsessed with psychology, behaviour, patterns, and hooks.Have a strong command over English + narrative clarity.Have experience writing for multiple industries.Understand what builds recall on social media.Can handle fast-paced, multi-industry work without losing quality.Are comfortable taking ownership and presenting ideas with confidence.Have worked closely with creative + marketing teams.Bonus if you:Experience in branding or past agency work.Knowledge of neuromarketing or behavioural science (not mandatory, but a big plus).Ability to write long-form + short-form equally well.A portfolio with strategic, high-quality work.Why Neurohook:Work directly in the world of neuromarketing the future of marketing.Creative freedom + strategic depth.Opportunity to work with high-growth brands across India & globally.A culture built on research, excellence, speed, and ownership.You’ll learn more in 3 months here than most places teach in a year.
