Customer Support SpecialistWe are seeking a meticulous Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support function, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support across multiple channels.Main Responsibilities:Conduct thorough testing of our platform on various channels to identify any issues or defects.Document and track bugs with clear reproduction steps, ensuring that our development team can replicate and resolve the issue efficiently.Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before each release to guarantee the quality of our product.Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases for new and existing features, ensuring that our product meets the highest standards of quality.You will work closely with our engineering team to report and prioritize bugs, provide detailed bug reports, participate in sprint reviews and planning sessions, and collaborate on root cause analysis for recurring issues.
