The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving product or service-related issues, maintaining positive customer relationships, and providing technical support. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Qualifications Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively address and resolve customer needs. Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members. Technical Support expertise to assist customers with product or service-related technical issues. Analytical Skills to assess problems, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and professional interactions. Ability to work independently and provide solutions in a timely manner. Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
