Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Incentive Compensation Associate. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to support all aspects of incentive compensation design and implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish goals, design effective incentive compensation plans, and implement administrative processes for sales teams.Analyze sales data using SQL and advanced Excel skills to evaluate performance metrics and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.Solid understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, goal setting, and IC health checks to support clients with sales operations activities.Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Effective communication and presentation skills.Proactive, highly motivated, and good work ethic.Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package.About this RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute your skills and expertise to drive success in commercial operations.
