Prayoga | Funding and Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our efforts in business development, corporate social responsibility (CSR) engagement, and partnerships. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to secure funding and foster collaborations with companies, foundations, and philanthropic organizations.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and secure CSR and philanthropic funding opportunities.
- Research and compile data on companies, foundations, and potential donors.
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to effectively communicate Prayoga’s mission and programs.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate partners, foundations, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organisational goals and priorities.
- Represent Prayoga at meetings, events, and networking opportunities to promote its mission and seek funding.
- Monitor and report on the progress of funding initiatives and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, CSR, fundraising, or a similar role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing abilities.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CSR policies and philanthropic funding landscapes in India is a plus.
- Passion for education, social impact, and creating meaningful change.
