Job Title: Digital Growth StrategistAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving digital growth across various channels.Digital Growth Channels:Develop and execute campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.Manage customer and provider acquisition, focusing on improving conversion rates, retention, and overall user experience.Design and optimize funnels, CRM automation, and lifecycle marketing strategies to maximize ROI.Establish creative testing frameworks that balance experimentation with business results.Affiliate and Partnership Development:Lead the expansion of our affiliate and referral programs, developing strategies to onboard, track, and reward partners.Build systems to automate performance reporting and drive data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with partners to drive customer and provider acquisition.Artificial Intelligence and Automation:Apply AI tools to streamline reporting, creative production, and campaign workflows, increasing efficiency and reducing manual errors.Work with tools like n8n, Zapier, and ChatGPT to develop scalable solutions.Explore new AI applications to enhance quality, consistency, and speed.Reporting and Accountability:Design and implement dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting systems to provide real-time insights across regions and business units.Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance updates to stakeholders.Analyze trends and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.Execution and Collaboration:Oversee multiple growth projects simultaneously, ensuring clear ownership and progress tracking.Collaborate closely with product, operations, and acquisitions teams to drive business outcomes.Manage freelancers or agencies for creative and paid media services.Develop processes to efficiently roll out marketing initiatives across new locations and acquired businesses.
