The key marketing function focuses on revenue growth from users who have not chosen our offerings before. Experience in industry-leading CRM & marketing automation platforms like SFMC / CleverTap is essential.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Develop quarterly planning revenue targets and create detailed campaign deployment plans for growth initiatives to enhance reactivation metrics.Collaborate closely with creative operations, analytics, business, tech, engineering teams.Understand internal business units and consumer behavior to formulate content segmentation strategies.Conduct experiments on user segmentation and personalization to identify wins for broader implementation.Maintain a balance between growth and user experience for long-term growth.Navigate technical aspects of CRM platform and maintain strong relationships with platform support teams.Analyze root cause issues on platform and business problems whenever they arise.Maintain balance between rapid execution for growth and adherence to business compliance for partner schools.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; MBA advantageous.4-7 years of experience in CRM function for rapidly growing digital-first businesses.Action-oriented bias with a desire to make an impact.Proven experience deploying marketing campaigns across channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS).Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management skills.Global markets experience beneficial.Background in high-growth B2C products and services; consultative sales advantageous.
