Key Responsibilities:We are seeking a skilled Digital Monitoring Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) platforms and online portals to ensure compliance, security, and optimal performance. You will also analyze data and trends to detect anomalies and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.You will collaborate with IT, security, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. Your responsibilities will include generating regular reports on monitoring activities, findings, and corrective actions. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest trends in digital monitoring and cybersecurity.To achieve these objectives, you will need to have strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are also essential. You should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
