Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Operations and Strategy executive to oversee app operations, data management, and the strategic direction of new product launches, app features, and user experience improvements. This role requires a balance of creative thinking and analytical skills to ensure a seamless app experience, robust product pipeline, and optimized data tracking for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the app and digital platform.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement features, resolve issues, and optimize app performance.
- Manage ad hoc tasks related to app operations and support other team members as needed.
Strategic Planning and Creative Development
- Develop and execute a roadmap for new features and product launches, aligned with company objectives.
- Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions to introduce innovative product experiences and wellness solutions.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling and cohesive in-app experiences.
Product and Feature Development
- Design and refine the app’s product offerings based on user feedback and industry trends.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to bring new wellness-focused features to life.
- Drive the development of Ayurveda-inspired product lines that resonate with users’ needs and lifestyle goals.
Data Tracking and Analysis
- Set up, monitor, and analyze app data metrics to gauge feature performance, user engagement, and product impact.
- Use data insights to refine strategies, optimize the user experience, and inform decisions on future launches.
- Develop regular reports for key stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Project Management and Ad Hoc Support
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, keeping track of deadlines and coordinating with relevant teams.
- Take ownership of ad hoc tasks as they arise, addressing immediate needs to support app and product initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in D2C start-up and operations, strategy, or product management, preferably within the wellness/healthcare,: or tech industries.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into action.
- Proficiency in data analytics and familiarity with app tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Excellent project management abilities, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced and quick learning environment
